Advent Lutheran has a Parish Nurse in the congregation. Debbie Martin is a Registered Nurse whom has completed a Faith Community Education. Her duty is to assist in the mind, body, and spirit  wellness. Duties may include a listening ear, providing resources for assistance at home, long term care, or end of life. She may also accompany one to a doctor’s appointment, medical procedure, be a liaison for the person while in the hospital. Education for the congregation is another component of her duties. Whether providing information in a newsletter, bulletin, information board, or provide classes. Debbie is available via email or phone call.
